Manufacturing fabrication is the building of machines, structures and other assemblies through cutting, bending and assembling processes. Fabrication uses raw materials and/or other manufactured parts. Fabrication is an important service for original equipment manufactuers (OEMs) that is provided by contract manufacturers to reduce the time and expense in procuring products.
